FAQ

1. How can I purchase your products?
   
   You can order through our online shop at our website and pay securely with your credit card or PayPal.  You can also contact usif you would prefer to pay via direct deposit to our bank account.  You can also visit our Warehouse at 11/2-32 Dawson Street, Coburg North, Victoria, to see all our products on display.  Our opening hours are Monday – Wednesday 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-1:00pm.
   
   
2. Where do you deliver?
   
   For goods that do not require refrigeration, we deliver all over Australia through Australia Post.  For goods that require refrigeration, to preserve the quality of our products we will only deliver within 25kms of the Melbourne CBD.
   
   
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
   
   Generally for orders placed before 1:00pm on a weekday, items will be dispatched the following business day.  We use Australia Post regular parcel delivery, so delivery times will depend on the Australia Post service. 
   
   
4. Do I need to be at the delivery address to sign for my order?
   
   For goods that do not require refrigeration, you do not need to sign for the order.  For goods that require refrigeration and that are delivered within 25kms of the Melbourne CBD, orders must be signed for.  Orders containing goods that require refrigeration cannot be left at the delivery address (e.g., at the front door) as we must preserve the quality and freshness of the goods.
   
   
5. Can I pick up my order from your Warehouse?
   
   Yes, if you have placed an order online through our website you can select to pick up your goods.  Please note our opening hours are Monday-Wednesday 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-1:00pm.  You can contact usif you require a pick up time outside these hours.
   
   
6. Do you sell wholesale?
