Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Savour Spain.

Orders

• Full payment must be made to secure orders. 
• All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Savour Spain.
• Savour Spain may vary prices in the event of price changes on reasonable prior notice to you.
• If Savour Spain requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Savour Spain, which must be received within five days of the announcement of the increase.

Deliveries

• Savour Spain or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability.  Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Savour Spain as soon as possible. 
• The delivery charge for orders will vary depending on your location and is calculated based on the cubic weight of the goods being ordered and the distance between our Warehouse and you.  Freight is calculated after a delivery postcode or delivery address has been entered at checkout.  All applicable charges will be shown at checkout.
• Orders which contain goods that do not need to be refrigerated or frozen can be shipped anywhere in Australia.
• No deliveries will be made on weekends or Public Holidays.
• Orders which contain goods that must be refrigerated and/or frozen can only be delivered within a 25km radius of the Melbourne CBD.  If you are unsure as to whether we deliver to your area, please Contact Us. 
• Orders which contain goods that must be refrigerated or frozen must be signed for upon delivery.  Orders must be signed for by a person over the age of 18 years.  Proof of age may be requested.  If no one is at home or available to accept delivery, the order will not be left at the premises and the Purchaser will need to collect order directly from Savour Spain. 
• Savour Spain accepts no responsibility as permitted by law after delivery has been made to the nominated address.
• Generally, orders within two business days of the order being placed. Delivery times will be subject to Australia Post services.

Returns

• Returns may only be made with the written consent of Savour Spain and may not be accepted after 5 working days from the date of delivery.  Any freight costs on goods being forwarded to Savour Spain will be borne by the Purchaser.  The following goods cannot be returned under any conditions:
• Any goods specially ordered.  
• Any goods made, or purchased to a firm and irrevocable order.
• Any goods altered or damaged by the Purchaser.

Prices & Payment

For each online order, you must pay the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Savour Spain and the delivery fee specified on the website at that time.  All personal and credit card information provided to Savour Spain is encoded using SSL technology.  Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched unless you have approved credit facilities with Savour Spain.

Your Account

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password.  You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person.  You agree to release and indemnify Savour Spain in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password.  Savour Spain may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

Each order is governed by the Terms and Conditions current when the order is placed.  Savour Spain may add to, delete or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions without notice.  It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions each time you place an order.

Applicable Law

All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.
